PAKORA MIX

Pakora Mix is a Complete Spice Mix for Pakora. Simply mix the contents of this pack with 1.5 cups of water to create a stiff batter. Drop a spoonful of this batter into deep hot oil and fry until golden brown. Optionally you can add chopped onions, lettuce, fresh coriander leaves, spinach, potatoes or cream-style corn. This batter can also be used as coating for chicken, fish or chops.
